Galeria Dubiel has been founded in 1998 in Warsaw by the jewelry designer Maryla Dubiel. After gaining master jeweller skills at a German goldsmith studio, she was quick to create her own style: a distinctive, yet a sensual and mysterious one. The artist appreciates above all the beauty of simple forms, creates objects for women, trying to make them into an expression of women's moods and desires. Pure and simple yet clear forms constitute a powerful design. The list of Galeria Dubiel’s clients includes such institutions as The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMoMA), Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York, The Art Institute of Chicago or Tate Modern Gallery in London. Maryla Dubiel’s love for China has become the source of inspiration to introduce Chinese women to the modern European design style, virtually absent from the Chinese market. The motto that accompanies and best characterizes Galeria Dubiel is:
"Jewellery the whisper of emotion caught in the object".
